The Inter Command Cross Country Championship 2018-19 was held at Naval Station, Ezhimala on 07 Oct 18 to select the best runners for the Navy Cross Country team for taking part in the Services Cross Country Championship. Three teams, comprising nine participants each from Western, Eastern and Southern Naval Command respectively, participated in the event. The 10 km run was flagged off by Rear Admiral Amit Vikram, Principal, INA and the team from Southern Naval Command emerged victorious.
Eagle Squadron emerged victorious in camp ‘Rookie’ conducted for Naval Orientation Course (NOC) and Daredevil Squadron emerged victorious in camp ‘Barracuda’ conducted for Second term INAC (BTech) and Naval Orientation Course (Extended) cadets. 249 cadets including 14 women trainees and three International cadets participated in the camps conducted from 03 to 06 October 2018 at INA.
Indian Naval Academy emerged victorious in the Commandant’s Cup International Regatta – 2018 conducted from 27- 29 September 2018 at Naval and Maritime Academy, Trincomalee – Sri Lanka. The sailing team from INA secured individual gold in the Enterprise class , Individual Gold in the Laser Radial class, and won the Commandant's Cup overall championship. Teams from naval academies of India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan participated in the event.
Indian Naval Academy emerged victorious in the Biangular Sailing Regatta (BSR), Autumn Term – 2018 conducted from 20 - 22 September 2018 at National Defence Academy, Khadakwasala.
