Media Invitation for Passing Out Parade AT 21 to be held at INA on 27 Nov 21

A Passing Out Parade will be held at the Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kannur District, Kerala, on 27 Nov 2021. Midshipmen from 101 INAC, 101 EX-NDA, 31 NOC (Extended), 33 NOC (Regular) and 33 NOC (Coast Guard) would pass out after successful completion of their training at INA.
On behalf of the Commandant, Indian Naval Academy, I would like to invite representation from your organisation to participate in the Stripe Shipping Ceremony, Passing Out Parade and Media Conference scheduled from 0700 hrs to 1100 hrs on 27 Nov 2021 at INA.
The following facilities would be provided by Indian Naval Academy towards the events associated with Passing Out Parade: -
(a)       Transport for the visiting journalists from Press Club, Kannur and Payyanur Bus station to INA on 27 Nov 2021. 
(b)       Refreshments for the visiting journalists.

Following points are brought to the notice of visiting journalists.
(a)       All visiting journalists are to be in possession of Aadhar card and Employee ID Card.
(b)       List of equipment required to be brought inside the base for media coverage is to be mentioned in the above google form for issuance of necessary pass.
(c)        No unauthorised item will be permitted inside the base (Weapons, Explosives, etc).
(d)       In view of ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, only fully vaccinated journalists will be permitted inside. The proof of vaccination may be carried along with ID card.
(e)       All journalists are requested to adhere to COVID 19 protocols issued by Government of India. All personnel are requested to wear face mask/ shield and gloves, be in possession of hand sanitisers and maintain strict social distancing throughout the event.
